PLACE AN ORDER

HOW CAN I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Purchasing at Basketball Emotion is very easy and consists of 4 steps:

  1. Select the products you want to buy by entering into the product description of each item. Choose your size and click the "Add to cart" button.
  2. Once you have added all the products to the cart you only have to confirm your purchasing order.
  3. If you are already registered at Basketball Emotion's website you'll only have to log in. If you're a new user you will need to register here. In order to successfully register you'll be required to correctly fill in all of the mandatory fields such as your personal data, phone number or information about your spot on the field. This information is totally private and in no case will be disclosed to third parties.
  4. Once you confirm your data the next step is to complete the payment. At Basketball Emotion we offer you different safe payment methods such as Paypal, credit card, etc. You can check the detailed information of each of our payment options here.

Once the purchase is completed you will receive an email with your order and from your user profile you will be able to track it in real time.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS NO STOCK OF THE PRODUCT I WANT?

All purchase orders of the Products are subject to availability of the same. In case of unavailability of the contracted product, BASKETBALL EMOTION will inform the customer and may offer a product of similar characteristics of equal or higher quality, although the / the customer, alternatively, may cancel your purchase and recover the amount paid as soon as possible.

In each product file you will find information on the availability of stock of each size. If you are making a reservation or purchasing a product that is not yet available in our warehouse, we will inform you of the approximate date of availability in our warehouse.

If the product you are looking for is definitely out of stock, please contact us and our experts will advise you so that you can select another item that fulfils the same functions. Basketball Emotion has hundreds of different options, ready to leave no one indifferent.

We always check our stock, but exceptionally it may happen that a product is sold out at any given time. If this happens after your request, we will contact you via email to offer you a solution.

When will I receive my order once I reserve a product?

When you make a reservation for a product that is not yet in our warehouse, we will indicate the approximate date of arrival of the product in our warehouse. As soon as it arrives we will get to work to prepare your order and send it to you within the usual delivery times. Please note that if you ask to personalise your product you must add 1-2 working days to the estimated delivery time for your order.

Can I refuse the delivery of my order?

Remember that if you refuse your order, all costs inherent to this refusal may be the responsibility of the customer. Orders that are returned to our warehouse due to absence, non-collection or address errors by the recipient will be charged a reshipping fee that will depend on the characteristics of the order in question. If you have received a damaged or incomplete order, you have 48 hours from receipt to contact us to assess what has happened. In the case of a personalised product, we will not be able to make any refund. If you choose cash on delivery and refuse the order, you will not be able to choose this payment method for future purchases.

Tax Free for non-residents (VAT Refund)

Who is entitled to a VAT refund as a passenger? 

* Residents of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla 

* Any foreigner or Spaniard not resident in Spain or in a country of the European Union going to a third country 

What requirements must your order meet in order to apply for Tax Free? 

To request the return form, the purchase amount must be greater than 90.15 €. The order must be delivered within mainland Spain (national delivery address). The goods must leave the Spanish territory within 90 days from the date of invoicing, the form being valid for 30 days. 

Steps to follow

If you meet the above requirements and wish to apply for the GLOBAL BLUE (Collaborating Entity) VAT refund form, there are three simple steps to follow

  1. Once you have the purchased product in your possession, please contact us by e-mail at soporte@futbolemotion.com and request the ‘Tax Free’ form, indicating the order number and attaching a photo of your passport. 
  2. We will then email you a Tax Free form (valid for 1 month) which you must print out and take with you to the airport, where you can process the actual refund at a DIVA/GLOBAL BLUE kiosk.
