User's responsabilities

The user and/or customer undertakes at all times to provide truthful information about the data requested both in the user registration form and in the purchase contract and to keep them updated at all times. The registration of this data is compulsory, and failure to complete them by the user or the provision of incorrect data will make it impossible for Basketball Emotion to correctly manage the orders placed. Likewise, the user undertakes to keep their personal access codes to our website confidential and with the utmost diligence.

In order to obtain certain functionalities (access to forums, chats, blogs and comments; access to special promotions or personalised offers; contracting process), the user of the website must register by creating a user account, which will be validated by a personal and non-transferable password. To do so, the user freely and voluntarily provides the personal data required in the information request form for user registration.

The web service provider is not responsible for false or erroneous information provided by the user for registration in the different services offered by the website, nor for the consequences of the use of such untrue or incorrect data.

Due to the nature of the website, which was created with the intention of serving as a contact between active users, the user data may be viewed (in accordance with the private profile that each user has configured) by the rest of the active members of the website.

Conditions of use of the user ID and the personal password

Sports Emotion Hub S, L. shall impose the technical conditions for maintaining passwords in terms of minimum number of characters, type of characters, number of authorised incorrect access attempts, blocking and recovery of users and passwords, as well as the time period for renewing passwords or expiry due to user inactivity. Likewise, Sports Emotion Hub S, L. will impose its conditions and technical means for the registration of users and personal and billing data related to the same. The same shall apply to requests for modifications and cancellation of users. Sports Emotion Hub S, L. reserves the right to block users if it considers that any of the aforementioned conditions are being breached.
