Designed to maximize rope rotations, the smooth rotating ball bearings make this high performance jump rope ideal for foot workouts and double unders. The comfortable, ergonomic handle helps eliminate forearm fatigue by reducing the need to grip the handles too tightly. The rope helps keep your arms steady and rotations smooth, the lightweight 6-inch premium rubber-coated handles make it easy to grip. Cut and customize the 120-inch long jacketed cable to the desired length for your height.
